Job Description:
- Sales Assistance & Documentation: Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, presentations, and ensuring timely processing of orders and contracts.
- Lead Management & Qualification: Assist in qualifying incoming leads, updating CRM systems with accurate customer information, and ensuring smooth communication across the sales pipeline.
- Client Communication & Support: Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, addressing product inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Market & Sales Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential sales opportunities, providing insights to support strategic outreach and decision-making.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, etc.) and prepare regular sales reports to track performance, providing actionable insights to drive team success.
