Job Title: Customer Success Executive

Job Description:

  1. Client Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the software effectively and meet their business goals.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for any queries or issues.
  3. Product Support & Troubleshooting: Provide proactive support, assisting customers with product usage, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth experience post-sales.
  4. Customer Retention & Upselling: Monitor customer health, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and work to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
  5. Feedback Collection & Reporting: Gather customer feedback, identify trends, and work closely with the product and sales teams to improve customer experiences and software offerings.
